In compliance with Circular 14/2017/TT-NHNN by The State Bank of Vietnam, effective from 01/01/2018, the principle and interest calculator is as follows:
 Interest calculator principle Interest rate is expressed by % per year (annual interest rate), a year means 365 days. The interest duration is a measure starting from the date of loan disbursement until the end of the day preceding the date of full repayment (including the first day, excluding the last day of the interest duration) and loan balance defined at the end of any day within the interest duration. 4. How can I have an account to log in at Shinhan Finance’s website?

1) First time log in: Step 1: Log in to account - Visit www.shinhanfinance.com.vn - Click "LOGIN" - At "Account Login" section, input "User name" is your email address or National ID and "Password" provided on Loan agreement and key in "Verification code". - Click "LOGIN" Step 2: Create new password - Key in "New password". Password must have at least 8 characters including at least 1 number and 1 uppercase letter. - Confirm "New password" - Key in "Verification code" Verification code will be sent to your mobile phone registered with Shinhan Finance Step 3: Activate account When you receive loan disbursement notification via SMS, you can access to your Account at www.shinhanfinance.vn with User name and new password.
 2) Normal login (after first login): Step 1: Log in to account - Visit www.shinhanfinance.vn - Click "LOGIN" - At "Account Login" section, input "User name" and "Password" (Password is created at first time login). - Key in "Verification code" - Click "LOGIN" Step 2: Login successfully Click "REGISTER NOW" if you have not registered email with Shinhan Finance.

If you cannot log in, please check: User ID/Password is input correctly? Turn of Vietnamese word processing function if needed. Account is activated yet? 8. . How do I apply for top-up loan at shinhan finance?

Late or partial payment will be updated in your personal credit data at the Credit Information Center of Vietnam (CIC), leading to the following disadvantages:
You hardly have a chance to continue to receive long-term support from Shinhan Finance.
Other financial and credit institutions will be extremely cautious when reviewing your loan application later.
If the Credit Contract/Loan Agreement is not complied with, your case may have to be resolved in a court or a competent Commercial Arbitration Center.
Therefore, when you have a good credit payment history, you will receive the following benefits:
Continue to receive long-term support from Shinhan Finance.

2. What is the minimum and maximum loan amount for Auto loan?

You cannot request to cancel the loan after SVFC disburses successfully.
In this case, you are required to complete the prepayment procedures and pay the early 
settlement penalty fee in accordance with the loan contract.

Within 03 working days from the date SVFC fully receives a written request for partial payment of principal before due ("Request Form"), signed by you and the amount to be paid according to the Request , SVFC will send you a new payment plan sheet to your registered mailing address.
