Based on Official Letter No. 991/QĐ-NHNN dated May 24, 2024, from the State Bank of Vietnam regarding the amendment and supplementation of the contents of the Establishment and Operation License of Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited, Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited would like to announce the Headquarters change that:

1. Name of the Company:

• Vietnamese name: Công ty Tài chính TNHH Một Thành viên Shinhan Việt Nam.
• Foreign name: Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited

2. Old address: 17^th and 23^rd floors, Saigon Trade Center, No 37 Ton Duc Thang, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

3. New address: 19^th floor, Tower B, Commercial and Residential Complex in Block 1-13 in Functional Zone no. 1 - No. 15 Tran Bach Dang street, Thu Thiem ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh City.
