General Director’ s message on the occasion of Shinhan Finance brand's 5th Anniversary

Dear Valued Customers/ Partners,

Today, July 2nd, is a special day as we celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Shinhan Finance brand in the Vietnam’s market. On this occasion, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our esteemed customers/partners who have trusted and journeyed with Shinhan Finance throughout these years.

Continuing our commitment to serving customers, the Shinhan Finance team has tirelessly worked to enhance service quality for Vietnam’s customers. In 2024, we have introduced a new tech-integrated space (Digital Counter) at District 1 Branch, launched cardless withdrawal feature on the iShinhan app, and unveiled financial support packages with combined interest rates for vehicle financing at Shinhan Finance.

In addition to our business operations, Shinhan Finance remains dedicated to community activities such as Harmony initiatives, blood donation drives, the "Good Hallyu" project, and more across the nation.

Looking ahead to the second half of this year, Shinhan Finance will continue to introduce new financial products and services tailored for Vietnam’s customers. Notably, we will introduce financial support products for university students, launch the iShinhan platform 5.0 with enhanced functionalities, bringing the new experience to customers on our upcoming digital platform.

On the occasion of SVFC brand's 5th anniversary, Shinhan Finance collaborates with partners ZaloPay and VNPAY to offer discounts to customers when paying loans and credit card balances through the iShinhan app. Furthermore, many attractive discount programs are also launched on Shinhan Zone for Shinhan Finance credit card’s owners.
