- Vietnamese Name: Công ty Tài chính TNHH Một Thành viên Shinhan Việt Nam.

- Foreign name: Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited.

2. Charter Capital before change: Charter capital of Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited is VND 615,000,000,000 (in words: Six hundred and fifteen billion Vietnamese dong), by Shinhan Card Co., Ltd (having headquarter in South Korea), owned 100% charter capital.

3. Charter Capital after change (after increase): Charter capital of Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited is VND 750,000,000,000 (in words: Seven hundred and fifty billion Vietnamese dong), by Shinhan Card Co., Ltd (having headquarter in South Korea), owned 100% charter capital.
