Shinhan Finance Implements Credit Card Usage Features on the iShinhan App

Starting from April 9th, 2025, Shinhan Finance officially launches three (03) features for THE FIRST credit card on the iShinhan app, including:

Transaction Dispute Creation Feature
Credit Card Dispute Result Inquiry Feature
Daily Transaction Limit and Online Payment Limit Settings Feature

Specifically, Customers can easily set, adjust, or disable transaction limits according to their needs through the “Daily Transaction Limit and Online Payment Limit Settings” feature on the iShinhan app. This new feature helps Customers manage their spending and minimize any financial risks (if any) while using their credit card.

Moreover, Customers can proactively create a dispute for a purchase transaction or cash withdrawal made with the THE FIRST credit card via the iShinhan app within 60 days of the transaction date. They will always receive notifications on the processing progress along with transparent and fast dispute results.
