Announcement on the adjustment of addresses in accordance with the new administrative units

Pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 15, 2025 on the rearrangement of administrative units in 2025, and the resolutions on the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units of provinces and centrally governed cities in 2025 approved by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited (Shinhan Finance) hereby respectfully announces as follows:

Effective from December 6, 2025, the contact address information registered by customers with Shinhan Finance at the time of loan application/card issuance will be updated in accordance with the new administrative units (names of communes/wards/townships and provinces/cities) pursuant to the above-mentioned resolutions. This adjustment does not affect the rights and obligations of the parties as stipulated in the contract.
