Go-live announcement of iShinhan - VNPay repayment channel

Dear Valued Customers,

We are excited to announce that, taking effective from 01 July, 2021, Customers can do a direct monthly repayment in iShinhan via the latest online payment gateway VNPay (Viet Nam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company). The mobile application integration supports customers quickly connected with more than 40 banking mobile applications and internet banking conveniently and safely.

After officially launched the iShinhan 3.0 application in December 2020 with many smart utilities, up to now, Shinhan Finance has successfully integrated the new App-to-App repayment solution with Momo, ZaloPay and ShopeePay e-wallets, helping customers make repayment via iShinhan with just a few quick steps. Following that success, Shinhan Finance officially introduced VNPay – an electronic payment in Vietnam - contributes to affirming our commitment to continuously improve customer experience.

Payment guideline:

  • Step 1: Choose “Pay Now” and select “Payment Gateway” with VNPay on iShinhan application
  • Step 2: Choose “Payment via mobile application” or “Payment via ATM” with VNPay
  • Step 3: Checking the payment information, then click “continue” to proceed the payment
  • Step 4: Verify with OTP code and complete the payment

Payment Gateway fee via iShinhan (included VAT): 14,000 dong/ successful transaction and VNPay gets paid by customer on the same transaction.

In the complicated situation of Covid-19 pandemic, those new launches of more online channels have a positive impact to deliver timely customer supports, contributes to affirming our commitment to continuously improve customer experience, following the direction of Digital transformation journey of Shinhan Financial Group & Shinhan Card.

iShinhan application not only gives customers the convenience of making loan repayment anytime, anywhere, ensuring to maintain a good credit history, but also supports customers with many other utilities such as sending request to update information, control loan debt with comprehensive technologies, request more loans, quickly check loan payable without logging in, etc.
