Shinhan Finance statement on a temporary close at Binh Chanh SIP to implement Covid-19’s prevention actions

With respect to complicated Covid-19 Pandemic Outbreak in An Phu Tay ward under management of Binh Chanh district, People’s Committee of An Phu Tay (Steering Committee of preventing Covid-19) has temporarily isolated the area of HQC Plaza, ward 3, An Phu Tay commune, Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh city to implement Covid-19’s prevention actions. Being located in this area, Shinhan Finance strictly follow the local authority’s direction in order to assure safety for staff and customers of Shinhan Finance.

As a result, this Service Introduction Point in Binh Chanh district shall temporarily stop all operations that directly transacting with customers since 13/7/2021 due to the office site is compulsorily closed as locating in isolating area; tentatively 14 - 21 days until further notice released by local authority. Operations at SIP shall be turned into online operations in order to retain the business continuity.

This general notice is being provided out of transparency for public as well as in compliance with the local authority to contain Covid-19 spread in the community.

We will provide you more information when it’s available following specific directions from the local authorities.

Health and safety are our number one priority. Shinhan Finance is following medical protocols from Ministry of Health (MOH) and the local authorities and has implemented guidelines in relation to social interactions, hygiene, business and visits to Shinhan Finance.
