Hochiminh City, August 2022, Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Limited (Shinhan Finance) is recognized as one of “the best working places in Asia 2022” by HR Asia - the region’s most authoritative publication for senior human resources professionals. This is the third year that Shinhan Finance is honored to receive this award.
The award of “The best working places in Asia” is the annual international prize that is well-known among Asia area, assessing the working environment of hundreds of big-sized and good growing companies. The prize is organized annually in different Asian regions such as Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc.
At the award event on 11th August, 2022, Mr. Kim Chul Soo – Head of Product Development Division shared “Shinhan Finance has 4 key factors of the great working place such as the company culture, growth and development process, employee wellbeing and happiness programs and finally Shinhan Finance has the employee recognition process. All of these mechanisms make Shinhan Finance the great consumer finance company in Vietnam”.
