Along with the significant expansion in business, Shinhan Finance constantly expresses the social responsibilities through many positive contributions to the community. The book donation projects under the theme “Fulfill Your Dreams and Happiness” has been conducted in 8 libraries in Vietnam, offering 46 book shelves and 18,000 children books. Besides, Shinhan Finance on behalf of Shinhan Card (Korea) delivers the Good Hallyu Projects to share the cultural values and meaningful gifts for disadvantage children in rural area. The blood donation is organized annually in 3 regions of Vietnam to bring the hopes and save life for Vietnamese patients in Vietnam. In 2021, Shinhan Finance received an international award for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) 2021, reconfirming the strong commitment of supporting communities throughout Vietnam.
