Customer Satisfaction Survey Program for Q2 2024

To ensure the best quality services to our valued customers, Shinhan Finance appreciates customers who provide us with valuable feedbacks through the “Customer Satisfaction Survey Program for Q2 2024”. Specifically:

From April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, Customer satisfaction survey will be conducted:

  • Customer Care Team invites our customers participate in a telephone survey; or
  • To invite customers to participate in an in-person survey at the Tan Binh Branch (Pico Plaza) of Shinhan Finance.

Shinhan Finance presents a gift of 01 helmet (*) to 30 customers who provide the most constructive and valuable feedback.

Note:

  • Each customer is eligible to receive only one gift throughout the duration of the program.
  • Participation in this survey program does not restrict customers from engaging in other Shinhan Finance survey programs during the same period.
