To ensure the best quality services to our valued customers, Shinhan Finance appreciates customers who provide us with valuable feedbacks through the “Customer Satisfaction Survey Program for Q2 2024”. Specifically:
From April 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024, Customer satisfaction survey will be conducted:
- Customer Care Team invites our customers participate in a telephone survey; or
- To invite customers to participate in an in-person survey at the Tan Binh Branch (Pico Plaza) of Shinhan Finance.
Shinhan Finance presents a gift of 01 helmet (*) to 30 customers who provide the most constructive and valuable feedback.
Note:
- Each customer is eligible to receive only one gift throughout the duration of the program.
- Participation in this survey program does not restrict customers from engaging in other Shinhan Finance survey programs during the same period.
