Customer Survey Program “Shinhan Finance always listens to you Phase 1”

To ensure the best quality services to our valued customers, Shinhan Finance appreciates customers who provide us with valuable feedbacks through the Customer Survey Program “Shinhan Finance always listens to you”. Specifically:

From 16’Jul 2024 to 15’Aug 2024 Shinhan Finance will conduct a survey program by directly contacting customers via phone to invite them to participate in the Telephone survey.

Shinhan Finance presents a gift of 820 E-voucher (*) to 820 customers who participate in the survey and meet the reward criteria of the program.

Note:

  • Each customer is eligible to receive only one gift throughout the duration of the program.
  • Participation in this survey program does not restrict customers from engaging in other Shinhan Finance survey programs during the same period.

(*) The gift will be delivered directly by Shinhan Finance to the customer's mobile phone message (SMS).
