Customer Survey Program “Shinhan Finance Always Listens to You” phase 2

Following the first phase of the “Shinhan Finance Always Listens to You” program, Shinhan Finance is continuing with the second phase to provide the best service experience to our valued customers. Shinhan Finance sincerely hopes to receive even more feedback from our customers. Specifically:

From Aug 16, 2024, to Sep 15, 2024, Shinhan Finance will invites our customer participate in a telephone survey

After that, Shinhan Finance presents a gift of 01 E-voucher worth 100.000 VND (*) to our customers who join in and complete the survey.

Note:

• Each customer is eligible to receive only one gift throughout the duration of the program.
• Participation in this survey program does not restrict customers from engaging in other Shinhan Finance survey programs during the same period.
