Customers engagement journey

From February 15 to February 28, 2023, Shinhan Finance launchs the program "Customers engagement journey". Accordingly, customers who open a new Shinhan Finance Mastercard THE FIRST (Golden Class) credit card, referred to as THE FIRST credit card for short, will have the opportunity to immediately receive an Urbox e-voucher worth VND 50,000 when meeting the following conditions:

• Card activates and generates a valid transaction within 30 (thirty) days from the date of card issue.
• Eligible transactions are payment transactions for goods and services that are successful during the program's implementation and are successfully recorded into Shinhan Finance's system within 07 (seven) days from the end of the program.
• Invalid transactions include cash withdrawal transactions, payment of outstanding balances, arising interest and fees (if any), cancellation/refund transactions.
• Not applicable for customers who close the old card and reopen the new card within 06 months.
